PicoBoot
PicoBoot is a modification for the Nintendo GameCube that allows you to boot backups and homebrew software from a SP2SD adapter and micro SD card. It leverages a Raspberry Pi Pico microcontroller to provide a versatile and customizable solution for enhancing the capabilities of the GameCube. At ModBoys Customs we only use official Raspberry Pi Pico boards along with the offical Helder Tech quick solder flex cables.

BlueTooth
The Bluetooth Controller Port adapter revolutionizes retro gaming by allowing you to connect modern Bluetooth controllers with exceptional low latency to your GameCube. This versatile board supports up to four Bluetooth controllers simultaneously and can be mixed with GameCube wired controllers.

2. Compatible with Wired GameCube Controllers
Continue using traditional controllers plugged into any slot. Bluetooth controllers will auto jump to the next available controller slot if a wired controller is connected.
3. Firmware Updates
Update firmware easily using a Bluetooth-enabled computer.
4. Configurable Button Mapping
Use the included software on a computer to customize and save custom button layouts.
5. Built-In LED Indicator
Helps with easy and clear connection management.
6. Reset Button
The reset button on the console has been converted to offer new functionality based on how long you hold the button down. While it is being pressed the front ports will light up to show which state you will be enabling.
- Holding for 0-3 seconds will perform the same action as on a stock console, reset. In this state all four front port LEDs will be solid on.
- Holding for 4-6 seconds will disconnect all connected Bluetooth controllers. In this state all four front port LEDs will be slowly blinking.
- Holding for 7-9 seconds will enable pairing mode. In this state all four front port LEDs will be blinking faster
- Holding for 10 seconds or more will factory reset to the original firmware and remove any custom configs. In this state all four front port LEDs will be blinking rapidly.
- Hold reset button while powering on the Bluetooth Controller Port adapter. It will be in sleep mode and will not interfere with the console use this in the event that a peripheral is not working nicely with iBlueControlMod.

Whether you're after the nostalgia of classic AV cables, the convenience of an HDMI connection, or the enhanced visuals of a high-quality upscaler, we've got you covered. All our Custom GameCubes are DOL-001 models featuring the digital output port so you can always upgrade you video solution in the future.
Video Output Types
1. AV Cables
Perfect for retro enthusiasts, these classic AV cables offer a traditional experience with 240p resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio, making them ideal for CRT and older LCD displays. They deliver the authentic look and feel of the original GameCube graphics, preserving the vintage gaming experience.
2. GCtoHDMI Adapter
This adapter provides a convenient way to connect your GameCube to modern TVs via an HDMI port. While it supports the same 240p resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio as AV cables, be aware that the image quality may be the same or even slightly worse. Additionally, some TVs may automatically detect this adapter as a 16:9 device and stretch the image, so you'll need the ability to manually adjust your TV’s aspect ratio settings to maintain the proper display.
3. HDMI Upscaler
For those seeking the best possible video quality, the HDMI upscaler is the way to go. It supports multiple resolutions, including 240p, 288p, 480i, 576i, 480p, and 576p, providing a flexible and enhanced visual experience. With advanced signal processing capabilities that improve color accuracy, precision, and resolution, this upscaler offers a noticeable improvement in picture quality. Additionally, it features options to add or remove scan lines for a customizable retro aesthetic, all powered by the GCVideo-DVI3.1 firmware.
